FNB selling big promises just to cut it down

Recently I decided to give the new private banker on the block a chance and changed from Invested private banking to FNB private banking.<br> Original promises were 8 visits to the Slow lounge, which seemed reasonable based on their target market being business men and women. <br> Somehow within a year, FNB has managed to cut down my Slow lounge visits to TWO per month. Where does my R300+ banking fees a month go? <br> This is absolutely rediculous and a total ****!<br> I am stranded at the Durban airport having to sit in a restaurant for 1:30h because FNB realised they cannot play in the bug leagues?! This is an absolute ****!
