FNB's poor admin has ****** me

For the past 20 months i've been visiting the FNB Slow Lounge as a holder of multiple platinum cards/accounts. I noticed i was being charged for my visits (R250 per visit). I initially thought this was due to me not meeting the entry criteria. However, this persisted even when i was sure i met the entry criteria. I recently called FNB in this respect. I was told that this was due to FNB incorrectly capturing my details and this would be addressed. I was later informed that only the charge for my most recent Slow Lounge entry would be reversed, however my previous visits over the past 20 months would not be reversed as the policy only allows for queries 2 months back. So FNB's poor administration and negligence has costed over a thousand Rands for a few lousy cups of coffee! Really shocking and arrogant!
