Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. Rude staff. I'm so disappointed with the treatment received at the FNB Slow lounge at OR Tambo. My flight is delayed for 3 hours and it's freezing in Jhb today. They refused to let me in. I have 3 business accounts. A private wealth account and pqrrivate wealth credit card. My accounts are on my ****en name and my passport is on my married surname. Who carries around their ****en identification when going on holiday. ID number doesn't change and she refused to let me in.
