Disgusted

I am a private wealth client and flew from Johannesburg to cape town on Saturday 11thapril just for the night <br> When I was leaving cape town on Sunday 12 th I took my client to the slow Lounge in the airport I gave my card and the woman behind the desk told me that this was my husbands card and she would not allow me in I explained to her that I have signing power on my husbands account and hadn't realized I had his card with me and that in Johannebsurg they didn't give me any problems she became so rude and treated me like I was a 16year old trying to use a **** ID<br> I got on thr phone with my husband who told me to give her the phone and he was speaking to her and her manner was so rude that I actually took the phone away from her and left the slow Lounge very embarrassed Infront of my client I proceeded to the bid vest lounge where I was welcomed<br> Now I understand If there are rules that I needed to show my own card but being a PRIVATE WEALTH client I am disgusted by how I was treated especially since I never had this problem in Johannebsurg your slow Lounge staff need to learn now to treat people better I have never had this problem and has left a very bad experience for me
