Bad Slow Launch experience

Really really really disappointed with slow launch experience at the King Shaka International airport....you show me the door because I am 30 minutes TOO EARLY to enter the launch...but really...I have been flying the last month and a half quite regularly and it is the 1st time I try to access the slow launch. I was met by not the most friendly attendants just be told I am 30 munute TOO EARLY...my vehicle finance and home loan is with FNB...<br> <br> Am I going to drink 2 more beers in 30 minutes...something that FNB surely can't afford....Really a lousy experience for a 1st time. Isn't your slogan...\how can we help you?.....\" I really don't felt helped at all.....Lousy experience and a zero out of ten for service delivery on your side:((("
