Horrible Service - Slow Fires (Springs)

Used Slow Fires (Springs) to get my Esse Anthracite Heater working - Completely **********! Paid for Chimney Sweep, which was never done properly (I had to do this myself). And they want to charge me more money to have the unit fixed, but the actual problem is the chimney was blocked! Don't ever use them!
