Heart Broken Mother

Hi Hello Peter, I couldn't pick up the appropriate industry on the above drop-down. I just feel I need to pen this as I am thoroughly disturbed and hurt and disgusted by how Slovoville Cemetery is so filthy, unkept, and unsafe. Slovoville charges an exorbitant amount for us to bury our loved ones, the day you bury your loved one your bigger problems starts.

We have installed my son's engraved head three times and it has been ****** 3 times, we have logged a complaint about this and nothing was done. The grass is so long, when we went today we even saw a huge snake sneak up on us.

We can't erect a tombstone as planned as the service provider made it clear that the cemetery needs to be cleaned thoroughly, we can't postpone merely because the owners are taking our monies to benefit themselves. What I saw today broke me into small pieces, it's as if our loved ones have been discarded, that's unAfrican. I have sent the owner an email and i just feel that i need to warn people, that they should refrain from using Slovoville, there's no security, there's no cleaning taking place, no maintenance, no accountability.

The owners are doing this because the cemetery is used by majority black people, and just because they don't complain., it doesn't mean that the graveyards are not hurting their feelings. When you drive in the road is not level, when it rains you will get stuck in the mud. This graveyard has been in existence for way too long but even Avalon is way better. Can you all help us get this graveyard fixed... we deserve better as paying customers. I am broken and depressed after seeing where our loved ones are buried.
