So I have been playing on this online betting website and I won more than R27 000, when I wanted to withdraw I was advised that I did not wanger. I was given banking details to deposit an amount of at least R100 and I did. This happened on Monday. I have been playing for the past few days and when I tried to withdraw the money it doesn't go through. Today when I tried to log in, it did not recognize my details and I was advised by a representative via chat to create a new account. Now the problem is that they are saying I don't have a balance but I know very well I do and the money has increased from the R27k I had on Monday. They do not want to give me what is rightfully mine. I need help! I have proof of all this
