No Compassion, No Empathy, Nada

I have been going to Sloppy Kisses for years and they have gotten more and more expensive as the years go by to being over R700 for 2 dogs which i do not mind paying, however, the owner let us pay pensioner rates, which we are, in September this year. I understand pensioners rates are on Wednesdays only, but it is impossible for me to get to them on a Wednesday so the Owner, Brenda, gave us pensioners rates on a Saturday. I went back to them a week ago, on a Saturday, and another lady, Brenda's sister, was there and charged me the full price. I mentioned that Brenda gave us pensioners rates and boy did she let us know in no uncertain terms that we will not get pensioners rates and that her sister, Brenda was very very wrong in giving a pensioner, pensioners rates on a Saturday. Sloppy Kisses is clearly for the Elite only and for pensioners who can only get there on a Wednesday. The sister was telling me that Brenda causes such issues amongst the staff by giving pensioners, pensioners rates on Saturdays as this causes issues with other staff who refuse to give pensioners rates on any day other than a Wednesday and that Brenda should not be doing that, even though she is the owner, GO FIGURE. I have spent thousands and thousands of rands there and that obviously means very little to them so I will be finding somewhere else to take my dogs. I suggest to all who read this, if you are new, please be aware that they have very very little compassion or empathy for you, in fact the "sister" has zero of either
