Slimz robbing me of my money

I ordered Slimz Adiburn tablets on the 3rd October 2018 and received a mail with a tracking link. The information shown when one clicks on the link hasn't changed since then till today (22 October). There has been no communication with regards to the package I ordered and paid for. I have since sent 2 emails and have gotten no response.

This is unacceptable.
