Terrible service and False Promises

Terrible service & makes false promises on website. Take payment and confirm order. Then it's up to the customer to liase with the courier company to arrange for package to be delivered. No details except the customer's name was provided to the courier company. Slimsen promises delivery within maximum 15 working days - Total lie. Just a simple email from Slimsen to the customers that you yourself need to arrange delivery with the courier, as the courier company can't deliver due insufficient information provided. This is totally due to Slimsen not providing the detail. Should you not arrange for delivery yourself, your package will be destroyed and Slimsen will take NO responsibility. Quote from Slimsen email received: "Please get in touch with the courier ASAP, as the package will be destroyed by the courier company otherwise. Note, that we are not responsible for any financial loss caused by this if this happens" I managed to get hold of the courier company and there was no attempt to deliver as they have not received any address or contact details in order for them to deliver. This is total negligence & lack of interest from the supplier!
