Still waiting for delivery and response

I ordered and paid for a product on the 12 July 2018 and was supposed to receive my order within 2-4weeks from order. Up to date, I have not received my order, which I have paid for (R860) and have been waiting for 2 months now. When i contact Mrs Milana for progress or a refund I either get no response or a simple "I'll give them a call" and never hear back from her again.
