Poor service delivery and refusal to assist or refund

So 2 months ago I orderd and paid R860 for a product I have not receiced as yet. It was supposed to be deliverd to me via courier within 2-4weeks of payment, which was made on 12 July 2018. Up to this point I have received nothing but terrible service from her. She either doesnt reply to my requests for refund or progress or removes me from pages to make sure I dont say/post anything.
