Money taken no goods received

I placed an order for Slimfy on 03/01/2015 and R1790 plus R269 shipping fee was taken off my Credit card. I was in contact with Ally Cronin from Slimfy and was told that it usually takes a month to get to South Africa. I have emailed Allie back and forth on numerous times and was told it will still get here. I have contacted my banks credit department and a dispute was logged. I followed up with them this morning and was told that Slimfy needs to refund the money. This to me is theft from Slimfy. I urge and warn everyone reading this to stay away from Slimfy. They will deduct your money and you will get nothing in return.
