VUYO THE CALL AGENT VERY RUDE

I bought a product from Slim factory amounting to R559 on the 13 May 2015. The deal never went through but i paid them. Every time i call they kept telling me that it will reflect on my Group on credits but nothing has happened. Today this guy called Vuyo hes been rude and if i ask to talk to the Manager he refused, This is the 6th time ive been calling about this query. I am very annoyed with this Vuyo guy. Maybe hes in the wrong career.
