Unauthorised Debit Order

I spoke to a consultant named Quincy. He sold me the 3 month extrem diet pills and told me that my 1st debit order would go off at the end of Novemeber 2015. I confirmed this on 2 seperate calls before i gave the go ahead. On the 30 of October my account was debited. I called the call centre back but i got nowhere instead i was told to go to ky bank and reverse the debit order. I was told my query would be sent to accounts. I would be called back. Its Tuesday 3 November Quincy is ignoring my emails.
