They refuse to cancel my order
Last week thursday i got a call from melissa 1 of the agent and i took the offer and did all things need to get signed up, in the process of analysing my finance i then realised i wont afford it so i called in on wednesday to cancel was promised a call back which never happened, they said they will get melissa to call back which never happend yesterday and i called in and was told that its impossible to cancel. I dont have the stuff yet it was not even dispatched when i requested a cancel how is it then impossible to cancel. As a consumer i know my rights and by law i have every right to cancel as my contract with them shall commence when i have my stuff im extremely unhappy and will advise anyone who wants to do business with them to run as quick as possible. I have call recording of the calls i made and will take it further if this matter is not addressed ASAP.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order due to the mandated agreement made between salesperson and customer. The mandated agreement states that you can only cancel your order 3 weeks prior to the end of the contract end date by simply sms'ing ***.
And an in detail terms and conditions were discussed with you telephonically which are recorded and also agreed to by yourself.
We can advise that delivery of your weight loss pills are 5-7 working days and ask that you please allow this delivery to take place.
If you do not receive this product within this 5-7 working day period, please contact our client service department and we will be glad to assist you in that regard.
