no delivery of products
This company keeps on sending me sms saying they Will deduct R490 in My account ,I sent them emails asking them what are they deducting for because I never receive their products and its the 3rd month This started ,I ask them which address did they deliver the product To and who sign for the delivery but they did not respond,even on those sms they are not writing My name correct here is there sms:-Dear ZINKHATITHA KALBIYEZA, De Vida Wellness will be deducting R489.78 from your account on Jun 3rd as per your arranged repayment schedule for your slimming products. Kindly ensure required funds are available. Please email us on [Email Removed] with any queries.<br> <br> I dont know what am I paying for<br>

Please be advised that we have ensured that a refund of R489.78 is refunded to your account no later than Wednesday,1 June 2015 for the erroneous debit order that took place.
We have also ensured that no further debit orders are processed on your account and that all your information is removed from the system.
