Very good ********......

I had a the same experience with them....about a year ago they phoned and convince me to try out their cleaning chemicals which i agreed because i have a small business and like to try better products out on the market if possible....so they sent the first 4 x 5l cleaning stuff and about 3 or 4 months later i received a phone call from them apologizing on the order as they OWE me some outstanding chemicals and i was confused and asked the lady so i dont need to pay for this? You owe me more chemicals due to your mistake? The lady on the phone said yes their mistake and will send it asap which i agreed because she said i did not have to pay for this order because they owe me...well....only to recieve an account for the bulk of the chemicals which i told them they can collect it because it was not what we discussed....I even asked for telephone recordings and they said sorry they dont keep recordings and i said then mail me a letter or something...but they are clever...they phone you on your work telkom line so you cant block them because i have blocked them on my cellphone and today yet again they argued first with my wife we need to pay asap and she explained to them...we dont want it and need their address so we can send it back the more the lady on the other side did not want to hear and keeps asking by when will we pay!!!! So the chemicals are standing here and no adress to send it to....we told them we will even pay for the courier services....if i knew this i would never entertain them...so you learn...i will now do background checks on suppliers like this....!!!
