SLIK Consumables ******** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a the same experience with them....about a 5 months ago a lady phoned me at my work and convince me to try out their cleaning chemicals and that if it did not work I can send it back no questions asked which i agreed because i work for a small business ....so they sent 2 x 5l cleaning ( and by the way 1 product was wrong) stuff and and I paid it. Well what **** product it does not wor****!!!!!!. In the week of 14 November 2019 here comes a delivery for me at my work from them I refused to sighn and receive the goods from them as I did not order iet just to here from the delivery man that he can not take it back so I phoned the DSL just to hear from them apologizing on the order as they OWE me some outstanding chemicals ( thinking okay now I know why the 2 x 5L were so expensive over R1200) and i was confused and asked the lady so i dont need to pay for this? You owe me more chemicals due to your mistake? The lady on the phone said yes it was there mistake and I dont owe theme money as I have paid for it and they were so sorry so I rep**** so if I keep this delivery you are not going to charge me for it as its part of what I paid for and her reply was "NO" which i then agreed to keep it because she said i did not have to pay for this order because they owe me...well....only to recieve an phone call yesterday 03/12/2019 on my work phone to ask when am I paying for the goods that was deliverd :(:(:( I told them they can collect it and that it is still in the box as it was deliverd un opend " because it was not what we discussed...." I even asked for telephone recordings and they said sorry they dont keep recordings and i said then mail me a letter or something...but they are clever... ********. Again they argued with me we need to pay asap and I said I dont want it were by she started screaming at me and threatening me. So I put the phone down just for her to phone me back and screaming that I knew that I bought the introductional package " yes that i knew that" but it was never said to me when they phoned me the firs time that there is 10 x 5L in the introduction pack and that I will have to pay for it. I would have never taken it if I knew this. So the chemicals are standing here I dont whant it, and I will be taking this to the consumer board.
