Slik Consumables is **********!!!

********* ,********** Company that thinks they can cheat and force you into taking stock not ordered. Is the past 9years I have dealt with many suppliers but never have I been so furious about the arrogance of a Company.Almost 1 year ago we were phoned very often by a company selling printer ink cartridges.After a while when out cartridge ran out and the sales lady from Slik Consumables phoned again we decided to order 1 from them.The ink was not delivered and we bought from another company.After weeks Slik Consumables delivered 3 that we wanted to return because we did get it elseware after waiting so long.They said it was a special deal and we had to take it.10months after the initial order of 1 we received another 3 via courier.I phoned immediately telling them that we did not order from them but again they insisted that it was part of our initial order that we had to take and pay for.The manager also said that she might be able to cancel the other 4 that will be delivered later but we had to take the 3 and pay for it or pay more for the previous 3 that will mean we have to pay in roughly R2100 for the 1st 3 and only then will they collect the new cartridges from us.So according to them we ordered 10 instead of the 1 we did order.I asked for proof of the order that couldnt be provided. I asked to talk to the owners and the manager said they are both our of the country and that I could not talk to them or reach them and that she runs the business on their behalf.So according to the manager I am not allowed to return the order even though I never placed an order for 10.
