Slik Con-artist

Unfortunately we got caught in there trap where they sent us 4x5l of cleaning chemical but we only wanted 1x5l for trial purpose, and we used 2 of there product and its does not do what it advertised as for us. Luckily enough we agreed to do payment after we test their product, and now battling with them and contesting the issue as we are only will to pay for 2 and return the others, but apparently they don't do returns. When they pitching the product to you via the phone they have no problem with guaranteeing that they will accept returning the product with money if we not happy.

They are ********, unprofessional customer service, rude & unreasonable consultants, please never deal with Slik Consumables. I have reported them to Consumer Good & services OMBUD here is there website for any one else - http://www.cgso.org.za/ctc
