<p>Bul**** into ordering their introduction package which we paid for then 5 months later receive another 4 cartridges which we do not need, get told by the rude consultant that we cannot send them back and have to pay for them or else we will be handed over & reported to Cipro! Well we will be reporting you to the consumer protection act and will not use your pathetic services ever again!</p>
