Poor poor service -

After I've ordered 3 x 5lt Multi Purpose Cleaner and settled the account, I received a call from the company stating that they didn't send my full order. I told the lady that I did receive my full order. In October, all of a sudden the courier delivered another 6 x 5lt Multi Purpose Cleaner while I was not at my office. I then send an email to the company confirming that I did not order it and that they have to send their courier to pick it up. Now all of a sudden I'm being forced to pay the account. R3400!!! For something I didn't order. Their excuse is that I've ordered a package. I know for sure that I didn't!
