Do not deal with them under any circumstances!

These people call you offering you an introductory package of 1 set of cartridges which you receive, and pay for after they call you constantly for payment. They then call you again and tell you that they didn't send your total order (which now suddenly consists of 3 sets of cartridges)and they will send the balance (and point out to you when you object that the fine print on the delivery note says the order is split). You can argue all you want about the fact that you were not told the introductory package was for more than 1 set of cartridges at which point they apologize on behalf of the person who originally called you and tell you that you have to accept the balance of the order. This is exactly what happened to me. I paid for the second set and have now had them calling me stating that the package was incomplete and I am to accept delivery of yet another 3 sets of cartridges, and get billed for them. I refused and was told I would then have to pay in the difference as the introductory offer was made at a discounted price. I asked for the recordings of phone calls made - the response, "not all of our calls are recorded". I explained that since I had no proof they could do the same thing an infinite amount of times holding me liable. I received two emails from them saying they would cancel my contract after payment ha been received. I then emailed them and asked for an email explaining everything they had told me on the calls made to me. I received a call wherein I was told the initial contact with me ha been via a telephone call and therefore they would not be sending me an email. In fact the woman I spoke to told me she "doesn't work on emails". They instructed their driver to stay on the premises until I accepted the package, and called constantly. They definitely are bullies and ************ in their dealings. I truly hope that this message prevents them taking advantage of others
