<p>I was called and told that I could order a sample for R100. When the product came it was 2 x 5lt with an invoice for over a thousand rand! When I refused to pay it, they brought down the amount to R800 which I then paid thankful to get rid of them. No ways, a month later I received another 2 x 5lts!!! I did not open it and waited for them to call me. They did, insisting that I now should pay over R2,000 WHAT! I said I did not order it and will not pay it. They insisted that it was on back order from my previous order. No matter what we said or do, they will not take back the products and insist we should pay. I am sending (on my own cost) the products back today and refuse to pay another dime. So they want to report me to the Department of Education (we are a school). </p>
