Wedding suppliers who messed up our wedding

Poor poor service, I was actually disgusted at what these people did. We hired them for our wedding to do flowers and catering. Firstly that florist pitched up late to do the floral arrangements, not to mention he was hung over. My tables were a mess, 3 of my tables didn't have any main centerpiece, my bouquet looked nothing like what I had asked for, I did not get my flower headpiece and the list goes on. As for the catering, we paid for canapés for 100 people and received half of the things we requested and to cater for about 20 people. After our wedding we spoke to them and asked that we be refunded at least 50% of our money paid to them, they refused and offered us a measly 10%. In the end we didn't receive anything. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone, especially if you are getting married.
