The do not deliver after paying for the goods the start to ignore my emails and refuse to pay back my money.

I emailed after late delivery and they kept on saying call the post office which I did and no answer, so I mailed them to tell them this and after I started asking for my money back they ignore me, I have asked them on there social media platforms and they ignore them so stay away!!!!
