LONG DELAY - IT SEEMS THAT ITS A **** -Order SC88125

We ordered two Macbook cases on the 10 of February from their website and my items have not arrived yet. I was complaining about their failure and they offer us "gifts" and then they send this link ( https://www.17track.net/en) to monitor my item. And this link seems to **** because it stil shows that my items are at HK. They failed to update me about the status of my delivery and they keep saying that my items are on their way.
