VERY POOR SERVICE, WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.

I have place 2 orders for me an my colleague and one order was paid via EFT, the second order paid via ATMcash deposit. We have received the that was paid by vai ATM deposit, the EFT one we haven't received it . When I phoned them they told me to send an email , but they didn't get back to me . I phoned their call center nobody helped me.
