Slender you customer terrible service

I purchased goods from this business 5 days ago. Wrote two emails requesting updates on my order. They don't respond and also don't provide telephone numbers to contact them on. At this stage I don't know if it's a **** or not seeing that nobody contacts a person for order updates, not even emails to say if the order was shipped or not???
