Pathetic customer service for Slender You

I placed an order around the 21st of April 2020 I had forgot to add in 2 products and so I emailed the email address that was provided to ask them if it was okay to add on the two products and make payment and also if it would be delivered at the same time as my other 2 products. They said yes and agreed. I made payment for all 4 products one time. Upon delivery I only received 2 products. I kept emailing them... Someone rep**** to me saying my product is on its way, then I called in and someone was supposed to get back to me and never did.... This order was paid for on the 25th of April, it is now the 3rd of June and no one has even bothered to get back to me to tell me what's going on.... Absolutely pathetic service... It seems like no one knows what's going on.
