DISAPPOINTED AND VERY ANGRY

im very disappointed i placed an order online on the 2nd of may and even today i never received my order i called and emailed and send DMs on Instagram but i got no help and when i call they tell me they will send and email and pass the message over to someone who will help but never even received and email. all i need is my money back as no 1 helped me i`m not interested in using their products anymore i just want my money
