Rude unhelpful staff bad quality garments

Hi I purchased pajamas for my daughters from sleepy sleepwear. Wen I brought it home and fitted it on it would not pass over their heads. The neck hole was impossibly small and not able to stretch. The tags were still on the garments so I took it back to the store and showed the sales lady/manager and explained my issue and showed her some of the other stock on her shells that were the same small necked. I further told her that I would like her to notify her employees of the poor quality and manufacturing defects. She was extremely abrupt and told me it's not her problem. So I set it aside and asked her to show me other pajamas in a particular size so I could purchase them instead, she insisted that she doesn't have any in that size. I started rummaging in the shelves myself much to her chagrin and found my size in every single style. I was very disappointed at the awful service and doubt I'll ever sho there again<br>
