Sleepwell Bedding poor service

on sat 30/04 i went into their warehouse and made payment for a bed and base with delivery fee expecting delivery on 04/05 but there was no delivery, no call to advise, nothing,. i called the office this morning from the no i got off google a guy answers n was extremely rude. he tells me he doesnt know who i am and what i spoke to the lady in the warehouse about so he cant help me. i work for a courier company and i know you should NEVER speak to clients that way. rude as hell and giving this company a bad name.
