<div>After Being Discharged From Hospital, My Baby And I Were Told SleepNet BreatheNet Would Be Handling Our At Home Help In Terms Of Providing The Ventilator, Stock And Other Items We May Need. For The First Three Months, I Got Stock At The End Of The Month. And One Month, Stock Didn't Arrive At The End Of The Month And Around The 10th Or So, I Text **** To Inform Him That I Am Still Waiting For The Arrival Of Stock. He Asks If I Put An Order In And I Tell Him I Haven't, And I Never Had To For Three Months. He Instructs A Lady By The Name Of **** To Send Me An Email Of A Template (Which Is More Skeleton Than You Can Imagine) And I Fill It Out And Send It. I Get The Stock In About A Week. The Next Month, I Send An Email Again. And This Time, They Send Me A Different Type Of Trachea Mounts (Different From What They've Been Sending For The Passed Few Months) Not Having Changed My Order Or Altered It In Any Way, I Am Appalled. Naturally. I Again Text Him And He Tells Me The Incorrect Batch Will Be Collected And The Correct One Sent. Two Months Later, When I've Even Forgotten I've Asked For A Correct Order, Ot Arrives And The Wrong One Still Not Picked Up (Mind You, I've Already Been Billed For Them) The End Of The Month Approaches And I Order. This Time, I Text Stuart To Ask If They Supply Specific Items (That I Had Been Getting In The Months I Didn't Place The Orders Myself) As They're Not On The Template. He Gives Me Product Codes For The Items That Are Not On The (Abovementioned) Skeleton Template. I Fill It Out. Send The Email. Await The Stock. Lo And Behold, The Circuit And Humidifier Chamber Are Incorrect. When I Asked Him For The Product Code, I Told Him That The Tubes Are Starting To Brown. And My Concern Now, Is As Per Their Reputation, I Will Get A New Circuit In 2 Months. I Hadn't Received It In Two Months And I WILL HAVE To Wait Again. Can Anyone Suggest Another Medical Supplies Company? Medical Aid Companies Should Just Broaden Their Options Because SleepNet Is Not Working. Clearly...</div>
