Sleep net are a bunch of sleepers

I have sleep apnea and a couple of years ago my mom bought me another machine. The face straps kept on breaking, and third time around they game me a choice of three facial straps. I chose one that has magnetic strips. No charge there. They were always open on a Saturday and recently my nasal pillow attached to the straps had a tear, so I though I would wait till today(4th July) to get a replacement. Haha, when I decided to phone and make an appointment, there was and answering service that said they are not open on a Saturday. What the hell? They have my file, just like all of their clients and I'm not saying I'm special, but if your business hours change, get someone to inform the people, yes customers that this change has occurred. The same thing happened with another similar company in Oakdale in the Suburb of Bellville called Oxygen. They moved premises and never thought of informing me. Poor customer service. Disgusting might I add from both companies in question. Come Monday morning they are going to get a mouth full from me, defenitly.
