Unprofessional, untrained, dishonest, unhelpful, no customer service what-so-ever!

We have paid money in full, comp**** to all requests, gone in person to the outlet due to non-response and they have not kept to their 120day deal as advertised while banking monies for goods paid in full which remain undelivered. There is no feedback or attempt to resolve the issue asap. We were told we can sleep on the floor while the bed is exchanged without a guarantee as to how long that might take, indicating a few days to a few months of having to wait for an exchange bed - really???!!!!
