Bad service and poor communication

Bad service and poor commucation I bought queen bed on laybe, on the 14th of July I payed laybe balance and delivery fee of R303 something , on the 15th of July they called me to come and collect my bed, I came to collect the bed and I was told the refund money it's takes 7- 14 working days to be processed. I didn't get the refund and they didn't communicate with me, I went back to the store they promised to do that follow up, waited again without getting feedback from the store, I communicated with the store staff member, she told me I must wait for another 7-14 days that was around 7th of August . I communicated again on the 15th of September I was told again to wait for 7- 14 days for my refund money.
