Horrible experience and lack of customer service

I bought a bed from Bluedowns mall in Cape Town in April and it is already in a horrible state. I complained with the store and have been given the round around with no solution to my problem. There has been no follow ups and no courtesy from the store. I would not recommend anybody to buy from them. I have decided to take the matter to consumer protector.
