Bad experience with sleepmasters infact horrible

I purchased a Restonic Bali queen bed on the 18th of March and got it on the 20th after the first night I went back it was very uncomfortable and hard they told me to wait 30 days its adjusting to my body. Now its 14 days the mattress is sinking. I am 60kg my hubby 64 kgs but it says 115 per person. I am very dissapointed after paying 8.500 and it says 10 years guaranteed. I called them today a rude lady told me that they cant do anything the bed has been used already. Its barely a month its in my house. I cant sleep on it anymore o just have to use my old bed.i will write on all the reviews about sleepmasters carnival. I am way dissapointed my husband too.what makes me way angry is I wanted another bed and the sales woman talked me into buying this Bali bed.please whoever see this do not buy beds from sleepmasters. The bed i just changed I used it for 12 years no complaints just I wanted change. Imagine 2 weeks the mattress is sunking after a month what will happen. Dissapointed customer. I am crying for my money
