Your service is useless!

So,we bought a bed on 21 october and it was delivered on 24th..however what a poor poor quality bed!almost similar to the service when you need to return the bed! Sleep master,I will never recommend your service to anyone ever.Come fetch the ****** bed that I have been trying to return for almost a month now.I hope your CEO sees this review coz for crying out loud...the poorest customer service ever If this bed is not collected by this weekend,I will personally deliver this bed to your store in Paarl and demand my money back...I am done phoning every single week to follow up and not to mention when I will get my money back.
