Yet another unhappy customer for your brand !

I am seriously disgusted in the manner in which my complaint to this branch has been handled . I have been waiting more than 4months to get feedback to have my mothers bed assessed which is extremely poor quality product!

I have been to the branch spoken to there regional manager that has some what assisted me yet I still have the run around and have to do follow ups as a customer which is not acceptable! The manager continuously lies and jumps around when I call to try and “make things happen” .

I will never recommend this company their service is bad and so is their products !
