Wrong products

<p>There was one bed on the floor which I wanted to buy and it was apparently the last one in the store. The salesman then confirmed with the warehouse that they had those beds. I then purchased two of those beds. Upon delivery, it was not the same beds I had seen in the store which I paid for. The bed that was displayed with the price that I paid had a gentle mattress (with that extra cushion on it) but instead they delivered a firm mattress without the cushion. I sent the delivery man back with the beds and now the store is telling me that the warehouse have "upgraded" the beds and those are the new mattresses. How is a firm mattress an upgrade of a gentle mattress?! Besides, that's not the product I paid for. I don't want anything but what I paid for. </p>
