Wow what is service

I bought 2 beds with sleepmaster during special on 16 June 2022, I paid the over R11000 immediately. I ask them to deliver on 2nd July 2022 to my new rental place. They deliver on 3rd when I want to unpack the 1 bed had a tear in the base. Do you think I can get it replaced it's 6 weeks later and still nothing. Is this service delivery. I will never trust them again. Their customer service answer to phone call oh it was refer to management we will come back to you. That is all you get. Give my money back I immediately informed them after I detect it.
