worst shopping experience ever

Bought a bed on the 8th of February cash as I was visiting South Africa and wanted to take it back home. The bed did not come on time and i ended up cancelling my order and bought is somewhere else. They are refusing with my refund and are saying I should choose something else worth 6000. I wanted a bed and now that I have it I don't want anything else
