Worst Service Ever- Sleep masters Ferndale

This is the worst service I have ever received. I have been waiting for nearly two months for a return to be logged and processed. I still have not received any communication from anyone at the store or the customer service office. Ferndale on Republic store is also no good. What do I have to do to get any service from Sleepmasters? Do not buy anything from this store. I repeat. Please do not do it.
