Worst service ever!

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with your service, I made a payment on the 29 May, it received email confirming my order. Today I contact the call center to query why I haven’t received delivery information and I’m being told that my payment isn’t there! How care to explain? Why would I have received an email confirming order being processed if payment wasn’t made? Now I’m expected to do a run around at banks looking for pdf payment since a statement wont be accepted to prove payment purchase.

Your call center is of no help as they stating they will be escalating? How when they literally the same team/store? This is now of an in inconvenience to me and it’s proving to be difficult for you to resolve it! I’m honestly never ever buying from you again! I need this bed delivered no later than tomorrow the service is appalling!
