Worst service ever

Again, I'm writing here as my refund has not been done in 2 months, the worst possible service i received from Sleep masters in lakeside, i keep getting **** to but Bulelwa the store manager and the regional manager Rieesa Katz Rieesa lies just like the store manager and they collude together. Never taking my calls and just bluntly lie to me all the time.

Please people do not support Sleep masters at all, i see so many people saying their service is terrible.

Honestly I have received bad service but this takes the cake by far, it's so bad that it's impossible to get resolved. they are useless beyond words. how can they still operate as a company they should close their doors today.

if you get put to a regional manager and receive the upmost **** service from her just like the store, then you must know that the higher you go it's the same. What does that say about the company. Crazy to allow your business to get dragged down by individuals. should be an end to this.
