Worst service

I laybed two mattresses from the Vangate branch. I made full payment by June. I was told that mattress will arrive in a week or so. After that didn’t happened I called the sales person that I was dealing with. I was told that the mattress i wanted were discounted, which I didn’t understand cause when you laybye something you put it aside. Then they told me they would give me another one but same brand. After a month waiting , I am being told that I owe 300 and no one is explaining what is the 300 for cause I went and asked to pay for the full payment left.

No explanation was given for the 300, the lady said she would sort it out cause it’s their fault. I have been calling and texting for 3 months just to get mattress and nothing to date. I just asked for a refund cause reason I quickly paid for that laybye is because I need them urgently. Now I am being told I need to bring the slips for the laybye or go to police for affidavit….yhoooo this has to be the worst service I have ever received in my life
